Rupesh is an Engineer/Entrepreneur and has over 11 years of experience as a top Management Executive. He co founded Youngsoft, Inc., H2H Solutions, Inc. and ESSPL. Before starting the company he worked for more than seven years within the IT industry in different roles. His prior experience in IT includes working with TATA Steel, Sears, Citizens Insurance, MCI, BAAN. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ESSPL, India & USA, LLC-Virginia and H2H Corporation, USA.
Sandeep Upadhyaya
Over 17 years of operations experience in various industries including Technology, Engineering, Petrochemical, Processing and Manufacturing. He has played a key role in the success of H2H Solutions, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise System Solutions (P) Ltd, India. Sandeep holds an MBA from XLRI, India and a B.S. in Engineering from RIT, Jamshedpur, India .
Colleen McClorey
Colleen has served as in-house counsel to a variety of healthcare entities in Southeastern Michigan for the past fifteen years. Most recently she served as Vice President and General Counsel to SelectCare, Inc. She has also served as the Associate General Counsel to Health Alliance Plan. Ms .McClorey has extensive experience in both state and federal healthcare regulations. Ms. McClorey received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law
in 1986. She also has an L.L.M. in Labor Law from Wayne State University School of Law
in 1991.
James K Haveman
James K Haveman, Jr. grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States and has a long history of human services management and volunteer work. His most recent assignment was as the Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Health in Iraq. He was appointed to his position by President George W Bush and was in Iraq from June 2003 to May 2004. During this time Jim was also the Health Advisor to Ambassador Bremer, the Administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. Jim Haveman has been the Director of the Department of Community Health in the State of Michigan as part of the Cabinet of Michigan's Governor John Engler.
Jim also served as the Executive Director of Bethany Christian Services, the largest child welfare/adoption Agency in the United States, the Executive Director of the Kent County Community Mental Health Board and the Executive Director of Project Rehab, a substance abuse program in Grand Rapids. Jim serves on a variety of Boards including Ferris State University, Project Rehab, International Aid, the Defense Business Board of the Department of Defense and Youngsoft, Inc. He recently was the recipient of the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service.
Jim is currently the President of the Haveman Group , a health, management and public affairs consulting company. Jim graduated from Calvin College and has a Masters Degree from Michigan State University.
Gerald Bagazinski
Jerry is the Advisor to the Board of Directors of H2H Corporation on Corporate strategy. Jerry was a successful practicing attorney in Livonia, Michigan for over ten years of experience until he joined the Management Team of Stardock Corporation, a cutting-edge Innovator specializing in desktop utility software, enterprise technologies and PC entertainment. He is a graduate of the Wayne State University MBA program with concentration in Accounting & Finance. Jerry earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School Of Law. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association.
Jay Ravindran
Jay is an engineer with more than 17 years of experience in software in various sectors like Healthcare, Manufacturing and Insurance. He has been a project lead/manager for various clients for 6 plus years. Jay has been with H2H Solutions, for the last 5 years, first as a Senior Project Manager and currently as CTO. He is also involved in helping management in business development, strategic planning, etc. and managing various in-house projects.
Milan Popovich
Milan has been associated with the managed care industry for over 18 years, fulfilling senior executive roles encompassing marketing, sales, provider and hospital network contracting, customer support services, public relations, as well as directing all forms of electronic and print media communications. He developed three successful health care service companies during his career, and is a 1992 graduate of the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, PA, Leonard Davis School of Health Economics, Masters Program in Managed Care.
