H2H Green™ is a solution designed to bridge the gap between healthcare payers that would like to receive claims in a HIPAA compliant format and healthcare providers who are currently submitting claims printed on HCFA 1500 claim forms via different Practice Management systems. H2H Green™ eliminates paper-based claim filing, without interrupting or altering the production process within the provider office.

The provider office staff will essentially continue to enter and generate claims data, however, instead of printing the claim to paper the billing staff will instead "save" all claims to a file on their Practice Management system for uploading to the H2H Green via the Web/FTP. H2H Green™ will validate the file(s) and upon successful validation, generates a HIPAA compliant 837 EDI and forwards it to the Payer Claims Adjudication System. The response from the payer will also be electronically remitted back to the provider through H2H Green™. If validation failed for any reason, the provider billing specialist can correct the highlighted errors online and resubmit the file.

H2H Green™ provides payers with an extremely cost-effective alternative to manually entering claims, or to sending paper claims to outside organizations for OCR scanning and processing.
